To give you an idea of current construction rates:

  • New planting professionally installed: from £200 + VAT per m²

  • Town gardens (under 500m²) in South West London and Surrey: from £400 + VAT per m², with a high-end garden finish from £800 + VAT per m²

  • Country gardens (250m² – 3 acres): prices vary according to requirements, features you want and scope.
